Albert Einstein's Final Moment

What did he do in last moment?

According to BBC Documentary, the greatest scientist Albert Einstein was researching for his unfinished task, quantum physics. As he got worse in health, he was admitted to hospital. When he lay on deathbed, he asked only for his glasses and note to write his latest equations.

This photo was taken on March 14, 1951 . He was about 77 years old at that time. All reporter was gathering near his house to celebrate his birthday. When he opened door, He responded toward newspaper's reporters like that. It is well-known that he prefer to get into mischief.

He knew he was dying. yet he continued his work. His task was a project of complexity. HE cannot endure to himself about complex solution. The nature order should be simple from his point of view. He always make an effort to translate complex universe to simple equation. While I watch that documentary, I realize that he had a debate with Bohr. That debate become very famous for science world. I think that kind of debate is truly healthy and forward thinking debate.

The Bohr-Einstein debates were a series of public disputes about quantum mechanics between Einstein and Bohr, who were two of its founders.

Einstein believe that basic mass of universe is consist of photon. When he saw sun shine, he thought that even though we just saw sun shine line, it was consist of dot which he called photon. That particle is the basic element of universe phenomenon. From this photon which we can measure, he can explain all natural order.

Bohr insisted that the origin of universe force is consist of unexplained other one in addition to that. The photon appealed to Einstein because he saw it as a physical reality. However, Bohr dislike it because it made a choice of mathematical solution : probability. He used the model of hydrogen atom. According to his theory, the origin of universe is consist of visible particle(photon) and invisible particle like magnetic force which can be explained by probability.

During their debate, this famous phrase came from Einstein.

Einstein rejected this interpretation. In a 1926 letter to Max Born, Einstein wrote: "I, at any rate, am convinced that He [God] does not throw dice."

He wanted to demonstrate why God made the universe, what is the universe order. He want to know God' thought and mind.

Thanks to BBC, I can rethink that what is meaning of my being in the world, very essential question. Keep questioning everyday ? Maybe He will answer my question.
